Who We Are
Josh Heckman Construction Inc. is a licensed general contractor (CA Lic. #993773) serving the greater Sacramento metro — including Roseville, Folsom, Elk Grove, Loomis, Penryn, and surrounding communities. Established in 2009, we focus on high-quality work we can control from our local shop: stainless steel cable railings, glass and rod systems, custom steel fabrication, modern stairs, commercial tenant improvements, and related remodeling.
We fabricate the core components in-house so quality, lead times, and the finished product stay under our control. Whether it’s a residential deck railing, an interior stair modernization, a commercial TI, or specialty steel work, the same team handles design input, fabrication, and installation.
